Come & join us and start the week with a cuppa, some pastries & an opportunity to chat.

Every other week we end the morning looking at a particular topic. So far we have shared our top tips to have a stress-free Christmas, budgeting and ways to relax including practical tips for getting to sleep. We will be looking at how to shop smart, learning some new languages and how to become more self-confident.
