Maxwell “Leadership is influence. That’s it; nothing more, nothing less.”
Living through the past few weeks one thing has been made clear; leadership matters. History tells us leadership matters. There have been those who have influenced for good (think Martin Luther King) and those who have influenced for bad (think Hitler). While we may not be called onto the ‘world stage’ of leadership we are all called to influence (for good) where we find ourselves in the world.
So, if you love Jesus and you want to have a positive influence for His Kingdom, whether you are leading in the church or in the workplace, LEAD is for you. LEAD is a foundational course for those who want to grow in the area of leadership, and are willing to invest two years of their life in order to be better equipped to serve.
