Everyone is welcome at King's. We are a family made up of all types of people from different walks of life and together we form community as the King's family. In community we believe everyone has a role to play. If you decide to join us at one of our Sunday gatherings then here are a few faces that you might see.
Toby & Jean Skipper (City Centre)
Having spent their formative years in Norwich, Toby and Jean decided to travel around the world, working on private yachts for the rich and famous. It was only when they returned to Norwich in their twenties that (much to their surprise!) Toby became a Christian and Jean recommitted her life to following Jesus.
Toby leads the team across all locations and speaks regularly at the three locations on a Sunday. Jean is part of the pastoral team and also helps Toby with his admin as well as generally being involved with much in the life of Kings. They are based at the City Centre location.
Marcus & Sarah Tutt (City Centre)
Marcus serves on the leadership team and works full-time for King’s looking after pastoral care. He is based at City Centre but regularly speaks across all our locations. Marcus is married to Sarah, has 2 children, loves computer graphics and enjoys programming virtual worlds in his spare time!
Steve Hope (City West)
Steve grew up in Norwich and is now the leader at our City West location. He works part-time for King’s looking after Operations and part-time in broadcasting. Among his favourite things to do are travel, drink coffee, visit five guys™ and go out with his dog Charlie & fiancee Natalie.
Paul & Jude Hatton (City West)
Having grown up and studied in completely different places, Paul moved to Norwich to study Computer Science at the UEA and Jude moved to train as a Clinical Psychologist. They met in their mid twenties and were married shortly after.
They both help lead our City West location and Paul heads up Communications and Creative Media across King's.
Goff & Angie Hope (City Centre & Centre West)
Goff serves on the King's leadership team as well as the team that leads Relational Mission. He is married to Angie and together they regularly visit other churches in Relational Mission to encourage and strengthen them and their leaders. They are both passionate about the beauty of the local church. Reading and recommending books is something they both love to do, as well as sailing, walking, and enjoying their grandchildren.
Simon & Debs Oldfield (Mile Cross)
Simon and Debs are based at our Mile Cross location. They both work in local schools and have two teenage sons. They are passionate about children and young people coming to know Jesus. They enjoy hills, canoeing, movies and talking. Simon serves on our leadership team and Debs manages the Venue at the Norman Centre..
